Grant Scheiner is Board Certified in Criminal Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He is a graduate of Trinity University (in San Antonio, Texas) and the University of Houston Law Center. Mr. Scheiner’s firm has won trial acquittals, grand jury "no-bills", dismissals and many other outstanding results for individual and business clients in a wide variety of cases. Mr. Scheiner has been named one of Houston's "Top Criminal Lawyers" by H-Texas Magazine in 2006, 2007 and 2008.

Mr. Scheiner is a Lifetime Member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He is a former Executive Board Member of the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association. Mr. Scheiner currently serves on the Computer and Technology Committee of the State Bar of Texas and is a Fellow of the College of the State Bar of Texas. He is an author and frequent lecturer on a variety of criminal legal topics.

He is a graduate of Baylor University and the South Texas College of Law. He is a member of the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association and the Texas Young Lawyers Association.
